With a 12% increase in breast cancer cases and a 14% increase in breast cancer deaths, the need for breast cancer awareness and screening programs couldn’t be more crucial.

Last week WIN joined forces with a medical team from Government Medical College Hospital, Nagpur (GMCH) to provide breast cancer screening and health education to women.

Utilising a local community hall in Omkar Nagar, 200 women attended and were screened for breast abnormalities.

We would like to thank all of those who took part in joining WIN in the fight against breast cancer.
