THE new shelter for women at Dattapur leprosy colony required days and weeks of hard work from Leah, Usha and the Women In Need staff, to pull the once vacant buildings out of disrepair.
Here we would like to show you an extended gallery of the work that went into the restoration.
1. Usha and nursing sister Seema help in the cleaning and repair; 2. Leah gets on her knees to scrub floors; 3. Chipping in: even driver Shailesh Jain puts his back into the preparations; 4-5. A once dilapidated room... now a hygienic kitchen; 6. A fresh environment for abandoned women to enjoy a meal and company
